Study on Organic Chloride Insecticide Residues in Whole Milk Powder

Abstract
|
|
|
The results of chemical component by gas-chromatography on organic chloride insecticide residues of whole milk powder in Korea and Japan are as follows:
1. The mean value of organic chloride insecticide residues in whole milk powder of Korea shows that the highest value was p-BHC (0. 1457 ppm), the next high value was were a-BHC (0.0296 ppm) and pp-DDT (0.0142 ppm), and the reast value was T-BHC (0.0082 Ppm).
2. The experimefit results were that the organic chloride insecticide residues of fat base was higher than the whole base.
3. The men value of organic chloride insecticide residues in whole milk powder from four Japanes makers shows that the highest value was fi-BHC (0.2425 ppm), the next high value was a-BHC (0.3415 ppm) and Dieldrin (0.02855 ppm), and the least value was r-BHC (0.00483 ppm) even though there were some variation in the results.
